I just don't think the Jays are a strong enough team. That being said, I certainly think Cito will be a positive force, and am thrilled to see Gibbons out. He seemed to be a negative presence in the dugout, with an ever-present potential to explode. That episode with Ted Lilly last year sealed my opinion of him and I'd been waiting for him to get the boot. Next up, J.P's gotta move on. He's had his chances but has not produced. I was sorry to see Ernie Whitt go (but not sorry to see Gibbons go.)
